In a recent episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, Cody Walker, youngest brother to the late Paul Walker, and Jay Leno pay tribute to “The Fast and the Furious” star with one of Paul’s favorite JDM cars, a 1993 Toyota Supra. For those unfamiliar with the term JDM, it stands for Japanese Domestic Market.
A little background about the car, the 1993-1998 Toyota (MK IV) Supra’s indestructible straight six engine will handle as much boost as you want and most remaining examples have already been modded beyond belief. It is almost impossible to find a surviving example in good condition but luckily Jay Leno knows the right people.
In this weeks episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, Jay and Cody thoroughly discussed the Supra and Cody shared his love for the Japanese automotive scene. He also discussed his brother’s charity Reach Out World Wide that helps communities rebuild after natural disasters. Information about Paul Walker’s passion for the organization only become public after his tragic death. His love and passion for cars will always be remembered by friends, family and fans across the world.
